publishers. There are no catches to our prices. You will get your
subscription at the lowest publisher authorized price anywhere. That is
our guarantee.

Q: Can I renew a subscription I am already getting? |

A. Absolutely. You will see the option to renew on each
magazines detail page. Please note that the publisher processes renewals
within a similar timeframe as mentioned above (three to ten weeks).

Q: Are adult magazines mailed discreetly? |
|

A. Yes. Adult magazines are mailed in a discreet envelope.

Q: If I am renewing a subscription, should I also tell you

A. No, there is no need to do that. The publishers will
already have you in their database. All you need to do is ensure that
the name and address you give us is the same as the name and address of
your current subscription. The publisher will take care of the rest.

Q: Do you automatically renew my subscriptions? |

A. No. About four to five months before your subscription
expires, we may contact you by email to find out if you want to renew.
If you would like to renew through us at that time, we will gladly take
your order. If we do not hear from you, your subscription will not be
renewed by us.

Q: Can I send a subscription as a gift? |

A. Yes. Just enter the recipients' information in the

Q: What do you do with my personal information? |

A. Your personal information is kept confidential by us
and only the name and address of the person receiving the magazine is
supplied to the publisher. We NEVER sell our lists to any third parties.

A. We can only ship to the 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my first issue? |
|

A. On average, your subscription will start within six to
eight weeks from the time the order is placed. The absolute maximum
time to receive your first issue will not exceed eight weeks. This
applies to new subscriptions as well as renewals.
Specific arrival times may vary based on the type of magazine ordered:
- Weekly subscriptions start within three to six weeks.
- Monthly and bi-weekly subscriptions start within six to eight weeks.
- Bi- monthly and quarterly subscriptions start within six to eight
weeks.
- Daily newspaper subscriptions start within two to five weeks.
Please note that these are standard processing times that apply when an
order is placed directly with the publisher, or through a subscription
reseller, like MagsForLess.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order? |

A. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place
your order.

Q: Can I place my order over the phone or the mail? |

A. To keep costs down and avoid processing errors, we can
only accept orders online, via our website.

Q: What happens after my order is placed? How is it
shipped? |

A. After you place your order, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail from us. We will then submit your order to the
publisher through our clearinghouses. The publisher will then process
your order and will ship the magazine to you via the U.S. Postal
Service. After you receive your first issue, your account will be
handled only by the publisher. MagsForLess will no longer have access to
your account.

and how do I use them? |

A. Unfortunately, we no longer offer the points program.

Q: Does my subscription begin when I receive my first
issue or at the time I place my order? |

A. Your subscription begins when you receive your first
issue -- you will receive the full length of your order from that date
going forward. The subscription does not start when you place your
order.

A. If you have not received your first issue from the
publisher within twelve weeks of placing your order, please

already receiving the magazine and encounter a problem, you should

telephone numbers, located in the beginning of the magazine or on their
website.

Q: Do you offer back issues to magazines? |

A. We are unable to offer individual copies of magazines.

Q: How do I send different magazines to different
addresses? |
|

A. Each order can only be shipped to one address so if you
have multiple addresses you will have to break them down into different
orders. You will not have to input all of your information again because
the system will save it.
